A couple of days ago we finally arrived in London after a water bus, 3 trains, a plane, a bus and a taxi - it took about 18 hours to get here from Venice (due to Gatwick airport being closed). I'd rather be on our plane than the one that had an emergency landing at Gatwick though!In London we saw Big Ben attached to the Houses of Parliament, The London Eye, Trafalga Square and Buckingham Palace all on New Years Eve. On the way home we visited Harrods - I didn't realise Harrods was so big, it has 8 stories altogether, 5 showing and 3 underground. I liked Harrods because it sold everything, we bought a Christmas Pudding with Brandy Butter and ate the whole lot for dinner - yum!
We walked through St James Park which was pretty cool, it had lots swans, ducks and geese but our favorite part was all of the squirrels, they were so cute.
We even got them to feed out of our hands. Drew
